These Terms of Service govern your use of Scripio and its web dashboard, operated by Muhammad Rafly Mubarak under rafylabs.
By interacting with the bot or logging into the dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Automated Tracking Tool, Not Financial Advice
Scripio is an automated convenience utility designed to parse text from receipts and append data to your Google Spreadsheet.
NOT CERTIFIED FINANCIAL ADVICE: Scripio and its developer do not provide accounting, certified financial planning, tax preparation, or auditing services. The service does not guarantee tax compliance or bookkeeping audit standards.
User Verification Responsibility: AI vision and OCR technologies are inherently probabilistic. You are solely responsible for inspecting and verifying all figures, merchants, and dates written to your Google Sheet.
2. Acceptable Use and Rate Limits
Personal & Fair Use: You agree to use Scripio for legitimate personal or small business bookkeeping. Mass automated scraping or spamming the bot endpoint is prohibited.
Third-Party Service Dependence: Scripio relies on Telegram Bot APIs, Google Cloud APIs, and Cloudflare. The developer is not liable for upstream service downtimes or quota restrictions.
3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, rafylabs and the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential financial losses, calculation discrepancies, tax penalties, or data corruption arising from using Scripio.
