This Privacy Policy specifically governs Planoptic, an intelligent scheduling bot on Telegram that helps users schedule events into their Google Calendar.
Planoptic accesses your Google Calendar only with your explicit authorization to create requested events and reminders.

1. Google Calendar API Data Access & Limited Use
Requested Scopes: Planoptic requests access to the Google Calendar API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events) solely to create calendar events and reminders based on messages or event posters you provide.
Token Security: OAuth refresh and access tokens are encrypted using AES-GCM encryption at rest on Cloudflare D1 and transmitted strictly over TLS 1.3.
Limited Use Compliance: Planoptic's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. Event Extraction & No AI Model Training
Text and Poster Analysis: Messages or image posters you send to the bot are parsed to identify date, time, title, and location. This parsing is executed in transient memory.
No General AI Training: Calendar contents, schedule details, and attendee emails are NEVER used to train, retrain, or improve generalized AI models.
Zero Monetization: Your schedule data is never sold, rented, or shared with third-party advertisers.
3. Revocation and Data Deletion
Revoking Access: You can revoke Planoptic's Google Calendar access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Disconnecting: Use /disconnect in the bot to immediately invalidate your local session. To delete all stored Telegram account metadata, email mraflym46@gmail.com.
